FAQ
Straight answers on the trial, recording consent, and how OverFlow fits the way your shop already runs. Anything else, email admin@overflowvoice.com.
Yes. Your first 14 days are free. You'll set up billing during setup so your agent is ready the moment the trial ends, but you're not charged a cent during the trial. Cancel anytime before day 14 and you pay nothing.
One afternoon. There's no new phone system and no app for your crew to learn: you pick your trade, set your service radius and questions on one screen, and dial your carrier's forwarding code so missed calls roll to your OverFlow number. Undoing it is one dial code too.
Yes. Your number, your phones, your carrier: nothing changes. You only forward the calls you don't answer, so OverFlow picks up exactly when your voicemail would have.
In practice, yes. Calls you don't answer forward to your OverFlow number, and instead of a beep the caller gets answered, asked your intake questions, and promised a callback inside your SLA. Flip the agent off any time and calls fall through exactly like before.
Recording-consent laws vary by state; some, like Florida, require all-party consent. OverFlow is built around the strictest standard: the very first thing the agent says on every call is that the call is recorded and that they've reached an AI assistant, before a single question is asked. A disclosure timestamp is stamped on the call record once the disclosure is confirmed in the transcript.
Yes, on purpose. The agent identifies itself as an AI assistant in its first sentence and never claims to be human. It's also locked so it never quotes prices, never promises insurance outcomes or repair dates, and tells anyone in physical danger to call 911 first.
The intake questions are yours: add, remove, or reorder up to seven from one settings screen, along with your service radius (10 to 120 miles), your waiting tips, and your callback-promise hours. The legal disclosure, emergency triage, and call structure stay locked, so your edits can't break the call.
The agent checks the spoken address against your service radius. Out-of-area callers are told honestly, offered your referral partner if you've set one, and still logged in your dashboard: flagged out-of-area, kept, never just dropped.
The essentials of emergency, problem, and location come first, so there's an actionable lead by the third exchange. Your extra questions only come after the agent asks if they have a moment. If a caller refuses everything, it just takes a name and number: a partial lead beats a lost one.
Within seconds of hangup. You get a text with the caller's name, number, location, the problem in one sentence, an urgency score out of 10, and the callback time the agent promised. The full lead lands on your dashboard at the same time, and the caller gets a confirmation text.
No. OverFlow doesn't need one and doesn't replace one. The text alerts and the lead dashboard cover the whole workflow: see the lead, tap to call back, mark it scheduled. If you already run a CRM, keep using it the way you do now.
Plans start at $99/mo, and every plan is the full product. You pick by how many minutes of missed calls your line takes each month. See the pricing page for the current tiers, or book a demo and we'll point you to the right fit.
