What deletion does

• Cancels your subscription immediately — no further charges.
• Turns off your AI agent and releases your OverFlow phone number.
• Permanently erases the personal information in your call records — caller names, phone numbers, property addresses, problem descriptions, recordings and transcripts.
• Deletes your sign-in, so you and your team can no longer log in to the dashboard or the mobile app.
• Removes registered devices, so lead alerts stop going to any phone.

We keep a minimal, anonymized business record (no personal information) for tax, billing and audit purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion cannot be undone.
